Assigning roles & responsibilities
Ace 5on5 will manage the following operational duties:
Recruiting & Staffing: Sourcing and placing qualified officials for all basketball, flag football, and volleyball leagues.
Background Checks: Verification that all registered officials have applied for and passed mandatory background checks, with access to reporting upon request.
Scheduling: Management of accurate assignments via ArbiterSports, providing online platform access to ensure seamless game-day staffing.
Finances
Financial & Tax Administration Agreements
Weekly Game Fees: Payments are due to Ace 5on5 every Friday by 12:00 PM prior to each week's games. Advance payment is required to secure officials for the upcoming week.
Accepted Payment Methods: Remittances should be made via ACH transfer or Zelle to ensure expedited processing.
Tax Administration: Ace 5on5 will manage W9's, 1099's, and tax reporting of all officials.
