LBC Umpires,
Allow us to respond to a few logistical concerns and inquiries from umpires: Please reply you have read this memo in its entirety.
Unauthorized Replacements
Finding your own replacement
Umpires who make arrangements (without the assignors consent), with fellow umpires to work their shift is considered a non-negotiable offense.
PENALTY
Both umpires will be terminated from our roster immediately.

Field Issues (Important)
The City on LBC does care about your concerns. Thank you for being patient and understanding that a multitude of groups utilize the fields, and arent always studious in leaving things the way they found them. The fall season concerns you all reported are as follows:
EL-DORADO
Umpire Concern: First base was missing, So I used the 2 peg less bases to allow the teams to play and LBC Maintenence provided the actual first base. Post game, my attempts to remove the base were unsuccessful.
City Response: GLAD THIS WAS WORKED OUT. WE WILL LET OUR CREW KNOW THAT THE ANCHOR NEEDS REPLACED FOR ELDO 4, FIRST BASE.
Umpire Concern: ED4: The pitching rubber is burried under 4" of dirt:
City Response: WE WILL REMIND OUR CREW (AND OTHER USERS).

City Response: I SHARED WITH OUR MAINTENACNE CREW AND I AM COMPLILLING A LIST SO THAT THEY CAN SEE WHEN WE USE THE FIELDS

Umpire Concern: Lock is rusted shut; Numbers not visible.
City Response: LOCK IS BEING REPLACED.
Umpire Concern: Base pegs are broken.
City Response: WE SWITCHED OUT THE BASE WITH BROKEN BASE PEGS. WILL LET CREW KNOW ABOUT 3RD BASE BROKEN ANCHOR.
Umpire Concern: The plate extension at Pan Am 2 is all torn up.
City Response: JOSUE HAS (1) IN STOCK, AND WILL REPLCACE WHICHEVER IS WORSE.
