How-2-Register for EFT

First, you will need:

1. A signed w9 form.

2. ¹Bank Acct & ²Bank Routing #'s.

3. Now you're ready to register.

w9 | Step 1

From a Desktop/Laptop:

• Access a digital IRS w9 form

• Fill in info on a keyboard.

• The mobile version is print only.

w9 | Step 2

• Type in full Name/Add/SSN

• Next, print/sign w/black ink.

• Next, from your phone, snap a photo of your signed w9

w9 | Notes

• Incomplete forms are declined.

• Your full SSN is required.

• The photo of the signed w9 is needed later in your EFT registration.

What happens after I register?

1. You will receive an email confirming you registered.

2. If 100% of your information meets Fairmont Requirements, your name appears on the Approved Fairmont Vendor list.

3. If you don't see your name, it indicates some of your info was not properly submitted such as your full SSN, or full name, etc...

4. Simply check with the Assignor to for your status.

   
   

I believe I signed up in early 2024. Do I need to sign up again?

• YES. Fairmont changed their banking platform, which doesn't allow vendors personal info to be transferred from one bank to another.

Are officials still req'd to complete vouchers at Fairmont?

¹Yes: Fairmont has multiple OC campuses, however payments are processed from (1) central location.

²Next, the A/D simply verifies the ref matches Arbiter, signs the Voucher, which approves accounting to pay you.

IMPORTANT: If you are an approved vendor, no need to fill in personal info such as Address & SSN on the voucher.

Why the complicated process?

1. This new format is a vast improvement from the old format of 3-4 weeks of turnaround. Fairmont is meeting us more than halfway. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
