EJECTED PLAYERS

Are required to exit the Sports Center per City league rules.

If a player is ejected please call and notify the front counter staff at:

If The Staff Does Not Answer:

Please stop the game and go to the front counter.
The staff member will ensure the player

complies, and exits the Sports Center.

RATIONALE:

This protocol ensures the ejected player(s) gracefully depart,

and made aware they may not re-enter the facility/court

and re-ignite discussions with players or officials.

SCORESHEETS

FULL NAMES are required on the front & back of the scoresheet. Players in question can be easily identified with their full names. Names & Signatures are important for eligibility & liability.

TECHNICALS & EJECTIONS: Be sure to annotate the timing of the Technical Foul or Ejection.

The league cares to know at what point did the incident take place.

EARLY GAME TIMES

Games may not start early unless BOTH team captains initial the scoresheet next to their respective names.

Doing so validates (when teams complain to the office) that teams agreed to begin early.

Any SK who improperly starts a game early will reimburse each team $5.

WORK ATTIRE

Approved work attire: Sneakers, Shorts, T-Shirts, Jeans, Jackets.

Unapproved work attire: Sleeveless Tanks, Sandals, Risqué Shorts/Shirts, Baggy Clothing.

TEAM FEES

Team Fees are due before tip-off. Relay this politely before tip-off as they sign in, and please don't make exceptions so teams can't claim: “last week the SK allowed us to pay late.”

CALLED GAMES

At the end of games, and the score differential is lopsided, only players from the loosing team can “call” or end a game to end. SK’s are required to annotate (on the scoresheet), the number of the player who called the “game over”. This serves as verification the right team ok’d the game to end.

PLAYER IDENTIFICATION

Player participation is 18 & older . If you suspect a player is a minor, SK’s have the right to request ID for age verification. If the player does not present a valid photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, State issued ID), that player is ineligible to play even though they “forgot their ID” or have been asked to present ID earlier in the season. Allow the City of Orange staff to get involved if necessary to verify ID.

CELL PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED

For talk/text or watching sports during game time, unless you are communicating with the assignor.

VIDEO CAMERAS
