Officials follow Arbiter if changes are not confirmed!
If weather improves, Assignors can possibly reschedule on the same day.
⦿ Coaches mutually decide with their opponent if games are "playable".
⦿ Regardless if the game has started, officials receive full payment.
⦿ Communicate w/Assignors early!
⦿ Don't call officials directly.
