SCORES

• Umps must report their scores online each night. The form also allow umpires to take pictures of unusual conditions. THIS IS A MANDATORY FORM.

BASE BOXES

• All fields have a Base Box w/a combination lock for Umps to set out & return bases in orderly fashion.

FIELDS OF PLAY

• LBeach games are played @ El Dorado, Pan-AM, & Joe Rogers.

NIGHTLY 2-DO's

Certification

• Annually SCMAF certification req'd.

Uniforms

• All officials in all sports wear the Ace 5on5 jersey.

Scheduling

• We schedule in monthly increments.

• We utilize Arbiter online scheduling.

Game Fees

• $40 | Cash | Paid by teams on site

Monthly Dues

• Paid to the Assignor via Zelle or Venmo

Forfeits

• Paid monthly to Umpires

• Forfeits are credited toward monthly dues
