The first ② forfeits of each

year are held for annual dues.

On the 3rd forfeit & beyond, officials are traditionally paid.

Floating Forfeits

1. Are designed as a credit towards annual dues to "soften the blow" of a lump sum payment.

2. In addition, procrastinators are fined for paying late, which stings even more.

3. SOLUTION: Let's simply "float", or credit those first few forfeit's or (payable) cancelled games. When it's time to pay dues, it's a "friendlier" handshake. If the balance favors you, we simply pay you the balance by April 1st.
